Thank You for the 2024 Season – Skibsprovianten ends with style

At Skibsprovianten on Sjællands Odde, Simon and Natasha have just wrapped up their first season in the best possible way with a fantastic closing event, which they shared on Facebook. Many friends of the shop came by to celebrate the season’s end, making it clear how much support and love they’ve received from locals and visitors alike.

Simon and Natasha have put a tremendous amount of work into creating a place that is not just about food and delicacies but also about comfort and community. As they themselves mentioned, starting something new is always nerve-wracking, but with the warm reception they’ve received, it’s clear their hard work has paid off.

They’ve shared that the season has been a significant learning process and that they plan to use the winter to make the shop even better for next year. When the doors reopen at Easter 2025, we can only imagine that Skibsprovianten will be an even bigger attraction for Odden and the surrounding area.

At Odsherred Cykeludlejning, we’ve been following their journey from the sidelines and know just how passionate Simon and Natasha are about their project. It’s inspiring to see how their vision has created a unique place that already feels like an indispensable part of the community. Hejsa. Vil blot sige tusind tak for leje af ladcyklen. Det var en fornøjelse at prøve en tip top moderne ladcykel, komme børnene op og cykle fra Højby Lyng og starte hos Skibsprovianten. Hold op et dejligt sted. Efter lidt hygge cyklede vi lidt rundt på omkring havnen og inden cykelturen gik hjem igen sluttede vi af med spisning hos Odden Fisk. Knap 50 km endte vi tilbage på lyngen fyldt med god mad og en masse indtryk. Det kan klart anbefales. Jens og ungerne.
