Cycle paths, dirt roads and the smell of beautiful nature.
In Odsherred, which is among one of Denmark's largest holiday home areas, we have a lot of dirt roads and paths and not so many cycle paths.
We had a great focus on this when we bought rental bikes. The choice has fallen on Dutch and German models that are robust and equipped with wide puncture-resistant tyres. All these things help to make the bike ride a little more pleasant and you will not get the gliding sensation on the paths that e.g. a city bike will give you.
Finally, don't be fooled by their appearance, they look heavy, but they are pure pleasure to ride. To compensate for the robustness, we have chosen 7 gears on almost all of our bikes, which makes it easier for you to compensate for the slightly heavier city bike. The bikes are delivered with a rear basket if desired, so there is room for swimwear or shopping.
We have a lot of cycle routes, and if you are the type who loves to see new places, buy a Geopark cycle card with you when you hire bikes. You will be surprised how many beautiful tours you can find. All the bikes are equipped with Quick release on the seat post, so you can adjust the seat height to the right one without tools. There is a fixed lock, bell, support foot and light on all the bikes.
In addition to the regular men's models, we also have mountain bikes if you want to be a little "wilder" and you are not looking for a bike for permanent use in the summer house.
For the family with children, there is the following option for additional accessories such as: high chair and child trailer.
